Build analytical frameworks using SQL and Databricks against large ad-log datasets, maintain FreeWheel configurations, define implementation and QA standards, and partner with product, yield, sales, and stations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Mentor other engineers and improve troubleshooting/escalation frameworks.

Manage day-to-day creator and podcast marketing for Crime Stories with Nancy Grace and the CrimeOnline Podcast Network. Execute social and platform-specific campaigns, post on behalf of hosts, optimize YouTube and distribution, coordinate cross-promotion, track performance, and partner with production and platform teams to drive measurable listener and viewer growth.

Write and produce multiple breaking and trending news stories daily: pitch, aggregate with attribution, pursue original reporting, collaborate with editors, obtain/edit photos and video, use SEO and AI tools, work shifts and travel for breaking news under deadline pressure.

Lead live and live-to-tape news, business, and weather broadcasts and special events. Direct control room operations, collaborate on show concepting and studio planning, manage camera blocking, and ensure visual/audio quality while making split-second decisions in a 24/7 breaking-news environment.

Edit and produce daily digital news and culture content: monitor broadcasts and podcasts for story angles, assign and edit pieces, cut and prep video, write and optimize headlines/copy, coordinate production with technical staff, uphold editorial standards and manage shift handovers.

Manage month‑end close and reconciliations, prepare production activity and revenue recognition schedules, process A/P and credit card transactions, bill internal productions, post payroll journals, support quarterly reporting, and act as subject‑matter expert for supplier onboarding and financial systems.
