Manage and grow commercial banking relationships through prospecting, sales, cross-selling, portfolio oversight, credit analysis, and customer service. The role evaluates borrower financials and collateral, extends credit within assigned limits, manages loan risk and delinquencies, reviews letters of credit, and may supervise and mentor employees while maintaining individual production goals.

Provides independent second-line oversight of enterprise technology risk, challenging first-line risk assessments, controls, ratings, and remediation. The role also trains and coaches staff, leads sales and service activities, and maintains policy adherence. Daily travel among assigned regional banking centers is required, along with S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS and eligibility for Notary Public designation.

Performs financial reporting, variance and profitability analysis, KPI reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and executive financial summaries across business segments. Analyzes datasets using Excel, SQL, and Power BI; supports annual planning, reporting automation, incentive calculations, regulatory filings, SOX controls, and process improvements. Trains users on financial reporting tools and collaborates with business leaders on budgets and performance metrics.
