Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable software and data pipelines for quantitative research, portfolio construction, index calculation, and portfolio production. Productionize quantitative models and investment logic, ensure consistency between research and production, implement testing/version control/monitoring, optimize performance, and collaborate with researchers, portfolio managers, and client teams to deliver auditable, reproducible systems.

Manage a portfolio of large, complex fee-producing accounts for high‑net‑worth personal trusts and individuals. Develop and execute investment strategies, collaborate with sales and client teams to grow business, ensure adherence to investment guidelines and risk practices, engage in thought leadership, and participate in committees and special projects.

Manage end-to-end global corporate actions processing including event setup, election management, entitlements, and client communications. Analyze event types (mergers, dividends, exchanges, tenders), identify risks, maintain KPIs and error logs, update procedures, resolve escalations, provide training, and drive process improvements.

Manage complex, high-net-worth trust and individual investment portfolios; develop and execute customized investment strategies; collaborate with client service teams and legal advisors; lead initiatives, adopt new investment tools and methodologies, maintain best practices, and contribute to thought leadership and practice development.

Lead portfolio-level risk oversight for external hedge fund managers, performing manager due diligence, VaR/stress testing, liquidity and capital planning, and risk reporting. Provide forward-looking analytics and portfolio construction advice, identify early warning signals, and support investment decision-making and stakeholder communication.

Handle incoming and outbound investor calls to resolve account requests, research and correct processing issues, use transfer agency business applications, identify process improvements, and work both independently and as part of a team to build proficiency across investor servicing functions.

Perform trade lifecycle processing and reconciliations for custody/fund administration, liaise with clients and market participants, resolve exceptions, support onboarding, act as SME and provide team guidance and project representation.

Support Compliance policy and governance programs by creating and maintaining reporting and SharePoint sites, executing controls, assisting senior management with compliance programs, documenting observations, escalating issues, and developing into a policy and governance subject matter expert.

Lead and design software systems, consult with business and IT partners, direct project planning and implementation, mentor junior staff, manage vendor contracts, ensure audit/change-control and data security compliance, and communicate technical solutions across stakeholders.

Support wealth advisors by handling client inquiries and transactions, preparing meeting materials and reports, setting up account documentation, coordinating meetings and legal submissions, and performing special project work to maintain client relationships.
