Perform complex private equity accounting activities, act as first point of reference for day-to-day queries, liaise with committees and senior management, lead projects and train junior staff, and maintain and implement accounting policies and procedures.

Lead Business Analyst focused on data protection and cybersecurity. Gather and document security requirements, support implementation of DLP solutions, create and execute test cases, validate designs, monitor controls, support audit readiness, and partner with engineering and stakeholders to map governance and compliance requirements.

Lead Finance Technology strategy and modernization for planning, ARE, subledger, GL, and regulatory reporting (including FR2052a). Own platform delivery, controls, data lineage, vendor governance, and build global engineering/product teams to ensure stable, auditable finance and regulatory reporting.

Support AML/KYC processes across onboarding, periodic and event-driven reviews. Perform detailed CIP, CDD and EDD including PEP analysis, validate KYC records, analyze complex ownership structures, liaise with relationship managers and second-line teams, and mentor KYC analysts to meet compliance deadlines and quality targets.

Act as primary contact for custody-related client queries, own and resolve issues, monitor client data and exceptions, ensure funding and standing instructions, communicate proactively with investment managers, participate in service reviews, and maintain compliance with risk policies.
