Partner with selling teams to grow Fidelitys presence in the advisor retirement plan market across WA, OR, and Northern CA. Build and maintain advisor relationships, educate advisors and firms on Fidelity services and recordkeeping, develop advisor-centric sales strategies, support sales meetings and regional events, lead projects with business development leadership, advocate for advisors internally, and contribute to product and process improvements. Must acquire Series 7 and 63; prior retirement benefits and advisor relationship experience required.

Lead performance engineering, benchmark with tools like jMeter, troubleshoot production issues, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, resilient cloud-based trading platform solutions.

Lead communications for Enterprise Services, partnering with senior leaders to create strategic internal and external campaigns, executive speaking points, presentations, intranet and digital/social content. Drive change-management communications, stakeholder alignment, and messaging for events and digital channels. Manage multiple projects, counsel executives, and collaborate with Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs teams.

Lead design and delivery of mission‑critical database engineering and administration solutions. Provide Oracle-centric performance tuning, replication, cloud database strategy, standards, POCs, monitoring, application support, and cross-team coordination for scalable, resilient platforms.
