The Agency Manager at Allstate oversees operations, manages sales teams, develops business plans, recruits staff, and builds community connections to enhance agency performance.

Serve as the network/perimeter SME within Exposure Management to identify and prioritize network exposures (firewalls, VPNs, routing, segmentation). Advise product teams on AI strategy, implement solutions on Azure/AWS/GCP (Vertex AI, Bedrock, SageMaker), maintain and enhance Terraform IaC, automate operations, and mentor junior engineers while supporting customer requests and proofs-of-concept.

Lead and coach a software engineering team to design and deliver production-grade reference architectures, sample applications, and reusable implementation patterns. Provide hands-on technical leadership across cloud-native, containerized, and distributed systems; drive architecture and adoption of best practices; partner with platform and infrastructure teams; participate in coding, prototyping, and troubleshooting; manage staffing, prioritization, and delivery planning.

Build and enhance full‑stack cloud-native applications using Java/Spring and JavaScript/React. Own the full SDLC, apply TDD and CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical direction as experience increases from contributor to Lead.
