Lead and develop an engineering team responsible for enterprise Infrastructure as Code platforms, automation frameworks, and self-service infrastructure. Set IaC strategy, governance, standards, and adoption roadmaps; build reusable modules and platform services; scale CI/CD, GitOps, security, compliance, and AI-assisted engineering practices. Collaborate with cloud, networking, security, identity, storage, and application teams while establishing metrics, training, documentation, and technical excellence.

Lead engineering-driven enterprise data protection and DLP capabilities across cloud, SaaS, endpoint, email, collaboration, and web environments. Build automated policy-as-code workflows, CI/CD pipelines, reusable controls, integrations, detection logic, and operational health checks. Partner with technical, compliance, privacy, legal, and business teams to improve data protection effectiveness. Investigate events, reduce false positives, establish governance standards, and define metrics demonstrating risk reduction and operational maturity.

Investigates automobile accident claims, confirms loss facts, determines coverage, liability, damages, fraud and subrogation potential, and negotiates settlements within authority. Provides customer-focused claims service while applying insurance policy knowledge, medical terminology, and independent judgment across multiple states.

Manage insurance litigation files from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, attending conferences, mediations, pre-trials, and trials. Conduct legal research, assess claims, gather facts, advise business partners, review relevant laws and case law, draft correspondence, respond to inquiries, and support process improvements. Collaborate with clients, paralegals, senior lawyers, and internal stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and exercising independent judgment.

Represents insured individuals and Allstate in bodily injury and property damage litigation. Conducts trials, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and examinations under oath; prepares pleadings, discovery, witnesses, motions, and trial materials. Advises clients and business partners, develops litigation strategy, monitors case status, and drafts post-trial motions while coordinating with legal colleagues.

Owns strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and performance of Allstate’s Ads Manager platform and user-facing applications. Responsibilities include translating business priorities into product features, managing backlogs and investments, defining KPIs, conducting user research, developing product requirements, overseeing demand and supply partnerships, monitoring platform efficacy, and collaborating with engineering, machine learning, web development, data science, and go-to-market teams. Requires domestic travel approximately two weeks per quarter.

Represents insured individuals and Allstate in bodily injury and property damage litigation. Conducts trials, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions; prepares motions; advises business clients; manages caseloads and legal projects; coordinates with legal teams; and monitors laws, regulations, and case law to provide proactive legal guidance.

Investigates complex automobile accident claims, confirming coverage, liability, damages, subrogation, and fraud potential. Adjusts and negotiates claims within assigned authority, evaluates injury claims, identifies vehicle damage, applies insurance policy knowledge, and provides customer service. The role also mentors junior employees and supports PIP claims across multiple states.

Defends insured individuals and Allstate in bodily injury, property damage, subrogation, and uninsured/underinsured motorist litigation. Conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and motion practice; advises business clients; monitors legal developments; and coordinates with legal teams. The role requires independent caseload management, collaboration, Connecticut bar membership, and travel to courts and legal venues throughout Connecticut.

Designs, develops, and maintains complex application components using Java and Spring Boot. Participates in design and code reviews, creates test plans, resolves defects, supports production deployments, and collaborates with business partners to deliver tactical and long-term solutions across the full SDLC.
