Support DOE logistics modernization by analyzing procurement and inventory processes, creating program plans, producing executive briefings, refining workflows and reports, and implementing inventory control and procurement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.

This role involves developing and maintaining software systems for the ISR community, participating in agile teams, and ensuring optimal software performance and security.

Analyze and improve procurement and inventory processes for DOE, produce executive briefings and reports, create workflows and analytics, operate centralized logistics/financial reporting systems, and implement logistics best practices to reduce lead times and enhance nationwide operational performance.

Support USAO investigations and litigation by performing forensic audits, medical claims data analysis, statistical sampling, and financial damage modeling. Identify anomalous billings, normalize claims, conduct ability-to-pay investigations, and document defendable loss calculations to inform prosecutions, settlements, and recoveries while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Lead quality assurance for change management programs: develop QA strategies, run audits, track risks/actions, report metrics, manage Change Management Process Analysts, ensure ITSM/ServiceNow processes and network change approvals meet standards.

Design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain signal processing and SIGINT software systems and DSP/ML tools across platforms. Enhance GOTS tools (X-Midas, M2Extra), define requirements and architecture, and support full software development lifecycle in collaborative teams.

Design, model, and document complex mechanical systems; manage CAD/PLM data; produce drawings and BOMs to ASME Y14.5; support prototyping, assembly, troubleshooting, and environmental testing; collaborate with manufacturing and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure producibility and quality.

Produce, edit, and quality-check program documentation, newsletters, SOPs, and presentations. Coordinate content with PMO, trainers, sites, and Government POCs; maintain style and terminology standards; create process flow diagrams and communications for capability releases and upgrades.

Manage development and integration of individual projects within a large program: track progress, manage schedules and processes, facilitate communication among acquisition, engineers, program managers and customer, support program business operations, resolve operational issues, and lead readiness/governance activities using MS Office, SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests (functional, performance, API, DB). Create test plans and regression suites, document and track defects, ensure coverage, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and mentor junior testers to improve QA practices.
