Support DOJ Environment and Natural Resources Division litigation (Rails-to-Trails takings cases) with factual and legal research, title/deed and map analysis, e-discovery and automated litigation support, brief drafting and cite-checking, deposition and trial exhibit preparation, case file maintenance, and occasional travel to archives and sites.

Responsible for examining evidence related to firearms and toolmarks, producing reports, performing case reviews, and ensuring quality checks of instruments used in forensic analysis.

Provide legal support to the ACE Unit, conduct investigations, prepare legal documents, assist with litigation, and handle research.
