Build MLOps infrastructure, RAG and agentic workflows, productionize models with secure, low-latency endpoints, CI/CD pipelines, model governance/XAI, and optimize for HPC/Edge (TPUs/GPUs). Advise mission owners and integrate vector DBs and multi-agent systems.

Join an Agile team to deploy and maintain DevOps infrastructure for CBP mission-critical apps. Automate CI/CD pipelines, containerization, deployments, monitoring, database automation, and certificate management using cloud and toolchain technologies. Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers; support off-hours deployments and hybrid on-site work in Ashburn, VA.

Lead and execute application security across a DoD program: manage SAST (Fortify) and SonarQube operations, run DAST and penetration tests, perform secure code reviews, track and verify vulnerability remediation, drive SDLC security compliance, develop AppSec standards and reports, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle and enterprise IAM (Okta), administer CyberArk PAM, implement MFA and ZTNA (Zscaler/ZPA), perform monthly privileged access and DCWF compliance audits, produce leadership/audit reports, maintain access control matrices and SOPs, and support Zero Trust architecture and identity planning.

Lead and scale a centralized, high-volume DoD procurement function for Counter-UAS programs. Manage a multimillion-dollar purchasing portfolio, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, negotiate and execute complex procurements and subcontracts, forecast procurement-driven revenue, track material receipt, and prevent multi-theater supply chain bottlenecks while developing the procurement team and interfacing with senior government and technical stakeholders.
