Lead SAP FTM (Finance-To-Manage) configuration and delivery for S/4HANA: design global finance templates, configure FICO/FTM modules (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, treasury, RAR, FCSM), lead WRICEF design and testing, ensure integrations (PTP, OTC, MM, SD, EWM, IBP), support IDOC/EDI, drive issue resolution and automation, and engage stakeholders for requirements, training, and compliance.

Lead BCP/DR and operational resilience activities: conduct BIAs and risk assessments, develop policies and runbooks, plan and execute tests and recoveries, coordinate cross-functional response, drive continuous improvements, and maintain end-to-end documentation of critical operations.

Provide Level 2 production support for IBM i/AS400 business-critical applications: incident resolution, monitoring, batch operations, controlled config/data changes, RCA, and liaison with L3 teams. Ensure operational stability across critical transaction windows, maintain ServiceNow/Jira ticket discipline, participate in on-call/shift rotations, and produce runbooks and knowledge articles to improve service resilience.

Lead process assessments and improvement initiatives: map workflows, identify gaps, design and implement efficiency changes, coordinate cross-functional projects, deliver training and documentation, and measure post-implementation impact.

Lead and maintain on-premises and cloud storage platforms, manage hardware/software installs, upgrades and patching, provide 3rd-level troubleshooting, document runbooks and designs, monitor performance, coordinate vendors, support DR systems, participate in change activities and on-call rotation.

Support the Chief Risk Officer in developing and enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management framework, oversee operational risk, and promote risk culture and awareness throughout the organization. Collaborate with various departments to manage risks and improve risk governance and reporting.

The role involves analyzing software systems and providing engineering solutions using various technologies like SOAP, API Services, OpenShift, and AWS.

The Software Engineering Analyst will develop Java services, manage technical tasks, and support software lifecycle with a focus on cloud technologies and agile methodology.
