Develops editorial strategies, calendars, reports, articles, white papers, executive content, and campaign assets; translates complex healthcare and business topics for global audiences; manages projects, publishing governance, SEO, AEO, performance measurement, stakeholders, agencies, and subject matter experts.

Partners with senior leaders to plan, deliver, and sustain strategic and operational change. Develops adoption plans, embeds change frameworks, activates stakeholder networks, supports cultural and Agile transformation, and uses adoption metrics and business outcomes to improve effectiveness. The role also builds organizational change capability and enables leaders, employees, HR, communications, and technology teams to share ownership of change across a complex international organization.

Lead development of client-specific financial analyses and executive-ready insights on pharmacy costs. Partner cross-functionally to align analytics with client strategy, improve forecasting and models, manage guarantee performance, and increase efficiency via automation and advanced analytics.

Analyzes business processes and operational data to identify inefficiencies, benchmark performance, and recommend sustainable improvements. Creates reports, dashboards, and performance summaries; evaluates technology-enabled process reengineering opportunities; and communicates recommendations to stakeholders and leaders. Manages multiple initiatives, tracks risks and timelines, resolves escalated issues, and supports change adoption and measurement.
