The Product Management Analyst supports healthcare technology product delivery by documenting needs, analyzing requirements, and coordinating with teams to ensure successful execution and product performance tracking.

Lead BCP/DR and operational resilience activities including BIAs, risk assessments, policy and runbook development, testing (tabletops, simulations, recovery tests), incident recovery coordination, continuous improvement, and stakeholder communication to ensure critical systems and services are restorable during disruptions.

Lead end-to-end internal audits across APAC: define audit coverage and priorities, execute planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow-up, ensure local regulatory compliance, present risk and control insights to governance bodies, build stakeholder relationships, and support audit plan monitoring and strategic initiatives.

Lead a team to develop scalable medical economics analytics and self-service dashboards, unify claims/eligibility data, partner with Network/Clinical/FWA and actuarial teams, and translate insights into contracting, pathway optimization, and fraud/waste/abuse interventions.

Manage and lead a Member Investigation team to detect, prevent, and recover fraudulent, wasteful, and abusive healthcare claims. Oversee investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, track KPIs and savings, partner with stakeholders and data teams to develop analytics and rulesets, coach investigators, drive process improvements, and represent Payment Integrity to clients while supporting workforce planning and performance management.

Conduct routine and targeted quality audits across operations, assess compliance to SOPs and regulations, provide constructive feedback and coaching, identify risks and process gaps, support continuous improvement and reporting, and collaborate with supervisors and QA to maintain consistent quality standards.

Design, build, and operate data pipelines and ML services to detect unusual patterns in healthcare claims, focusing on model development and data engineering.
