Lead the Strategic Accounts PMO across the Americas, establishing governance, standardized methodologies, reporting, and project controls. Manage complex customer implementations, expansions, retrofits, and deployments across multiple countries, including scope, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee customer and executive relationships, support regional expansion and regulatory planning, and manage portfolio health, capacity forecasting, escalations, and continuous improvement. Identifies business-process improvement opportunities, develops system requirements, creates proof-of-concept demonstrations, and prepares Statements of Work. Partners with sales managers to achieve software solutions and professional services revenue targets while advising stakeholders on document management, output management, cloud, and security solutions.

Sell Canon hardware, software, managed print, IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and automation solutions to business customers. Manage account and prospect relationships in Salesforce, conduct outreach, discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, and develop strategic plans to generate revenue. Build executive-level customer relationships, identify business needs, collaborate with technology specialists, and achieve individual and team sales goals.

Leads Canon’s publishing and book-printing segment strategy, market development, thought leadership, campaigns, and industry relationships. Drives digital adoption, equipment placements, market share, customer print volumes, and sales pipeline growth. Analyzes market trends and competitive dynamics, develops content and campaigns, represents Canon at industry events, and provides market insights to product, marketing, and sales teams. Requires extensive publishing or printing industry expertise, strong presentation and networking skills, domestic travel up to 25%, and a valid driver’s license.

Leads a team of sales representatives selling Canon workplace technology, software, business process automation, and digital transformation solutions. Responsibilities include field coaching, customer appointments, quota achievement, pipeline management, sales forecasting, process development, performance evaluations, recruiting, team training, resource management, and company asset oversight.

Designs and develops AI-enhanced corporate sales training, including microlearning, e-learning, web-based training, and virtual or in-person instructor-led programs. Conducts needs assessments, collaborates with subject matter experts, creates facilitator and student materials, manages multiple projects, evaluates training effectiveness, and improves learning solutions. The role requires expertise in adult learning, instructional design models, Articulate 360, project management, and alignment of training with sales performance goals.

Manages daily financial transactions, cash positioning, bank reconciliations, cash-flow forecasting, journal entries, intercompany loans, bank fees, budgets, expenses, and financial KPIs. Supports treasury communications, operating forecasts, cash-flow planning, and finance-related projects for Canon USA and its subsidiaries. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the Melville, New York office.
