Lead laboratory testing and certification for timing and synchronization hardware and configurations supporting a DoD customer. It requires scaling agile practices across numerous teams, supporting product roadmapping and retrospectives, and applying AWS and DevOps knowledge to CI/CD and automated testing strategies.

Designs, builds, operates, and maintains cyber range training environments for cybersecurity training, mission rehearsal, and validation events. Configures virtual machines, networks, operating systems, accounts, offensive and defensive tools, and exercise content. Supports event execution, troubleshooting, user access, documentation, and continuous improvement across VMware, Windows, Linux, and network infrastructures. Collaborates with content developers, exercise staff, Cyber Protection Teams, and stakeholders.

Supports network operations and information security activities, evaluates cybersecurity controls against NIST frameworks, and assists with Security Assessment and Authorization processes. Develops Authorization and Accreditation documentation, supports compliance and risk management, identifies vulnerabilities and security gaps, recommends mitigations, and maintains security records. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to meet authorization and security objectives.
