Develops and maintains technical cyber training materials, courses, curricula, assessments, and documentation for Navy personnel. Creates synchronous, asynchronous, blended, micro-learning, and self-paced content using instructional design and ADDIE methodologies. Collaborates across business units and supports RFP development, technical writing, customer presentations, and solution strategy.

Develop and integrate software for flight simulators, including avionics, aircraft-system simulations, tactical environments, and interfaces to audio, visual, motion, and I/O systems. Responsibilities include software architecture, requirements analysis, development, testing, documentation, customer presentations, and mentoring junior engineers. Designs and develops production AI software across the full software and machine learning lifecycle. The role also tracks schedules and budgets and communicates with customers to align AI capabilities with operational needs.

Designs, implements, secures, and supports Windows and Linux enterprise systems, databases, virtualization platforms, networking services, and telecommunications infrastructure. Troubleshoots system faults, automates data processing and administration through scripting, resolves IAVA/STIG findings, monitors SIEM alerts and system health, conducts equipment site surveys, supports installations, troubleshoots end-user issues, and mentors IT personnel. Requires DoD IAT II qualifications and an active Secret clearance.

Administers and engineers Linux and Microsoft server environments, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware virtualization, storage, SCCM, backups, and disaster recovery.
