Lead development and execution of platform resiliency strategy for critical payments, manage recovery planning, testing, incident response, regulatory engagement, and cross-functional governance globally. Lead and build BNY's Singapore Applied AI team to identify, design, and deliver production-grade AI/ML and LLM solutions. Drive end-to-end delivery from problem framing, prototyping, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and adoption while embedding responsible AI, governance, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Handle day-to-day loan operations for the Loans Enablement Platform: process complex transactions, investigate exceptions, perform reconciliations and controls, support escalations, improve processes, and assist onboarding and testing while mentoring junior staff.
