The Vice President will oversee client onboarding to the Performance platform, lead project management activities, and enhance transition processes for client relationships in the financial services industry.

Provide routine and non-routine client service and transactional support, process account-related transactions, answer inquiries, research and resolve issues, escalate complex matters, and may allocate/check team work or perform supervisory review. Integrate product/industry knowledge to deliver solutions and contribute to team objectives.

Lead and oversee accurate, timely client transaction processing; optimize workflows, mentor staff, analyze metrics, resolve complex client issues, and drive process innovation for operational excellence.
