The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on acquiring new business in the insurance sector, managing client relationships, and collaborating with sales teams to enhance reach.

Provide frontline customer support for Applied Systems insurance software via phone, chat, and email; troubleshoot basic technical issues, document cases in the CRM, escalate complex problems, contribute to KBs, participate in training and testing, and meet SLA and customer satisfaction targets while working rotational shifts.

First point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email; troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues for insurance software, escalate complex problems, document interactions in CRM, contribute to KB articles and product testing, participate in training and mentoring, and work rotational IST shifts to meet SLAs.

Lead strategy and roadmap for AI-powered SaaS features; collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and GTM teams to define problems, run discovery and experiments, manage backlogs, deliver product outcomes, and drive post-launch adoption and performance improvements.

Lead development and administration of compensation frameworks, manage the annual compensation planning cycle, perform market benchmarking and pay equity analyses, administer equity programs, own compensation system administration and automation, support international pay benchmarking (including India), translate findings into cost/benefit recommendations, ensure compliance with compensation laws, and mentor junior team members and HR partners.

Design and govern application architecture for large, cloud-ready distributed systems. Guide engineering teams on APIs, microservices, scalability, reliability, security, and implementation standards. Build proofs of concept, produce technical documentation, participate in product design, mentor engineers, and promote architectural best practices across teams.

Lead strategy and delivery of AI-powered, agentic product features for a SaaS insurance platform. Define roadmaps, KPIs, ROI, and success criteria; collaborate with engineering and data science to prototype, test, and launch; drive adoption, mentor junior PMs, and align cross-functional teams from discovery through GTM.
