The Senior Investment Analyst will support capital reporting and investment analysis, enhance methodologies, partner with stakeholders, and monitor regulatory developments.

Lead statutory income statement and legal-entity forecasting, coordinate capital and tax forecast inputs, reconcile actuals to forecasts, manage a Senior Financial Analyst, and present insights to FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders to support capital planning and tax forecasting.

Oversee outsourced/onshore/offshore teams, liaise with Internal Audit, Finance, IT, external auditors, and third parties, produce executive reporting and dashboards, evaluate control deficiencies, and advise on control design and automation/AI opportunities.

Prepare and analyze SEC 10-Q and 10-K financial statements and disclosures, perform US GAAP accounting and consolidation work, research complex accounting issues, coordinate with stakeholders, support audits, and ensure SEC and GAAP compliance.

Support IBD channel by driving annuity sales through territory planning, outbound prospecting, producer support, presentations, webinars, and CRM management. Coordinate with RVPs, assist with illustrations and paperwork, resolve exceptions, and educate producers on Athene products while pursuing industry licenses and certifications.

Lead development and governance of enterprise FP&A forecasting and models, integrate asset, liability, derivatives, treasury and accounting data, perform attribution and scenario analysis, partner with investment and actuarial teams, provide strategic recommendations to senior management, and manage a technical FP&A team to ensure forecast accuracy and controls.

Responsible for supporting pricing, underwriting, and structuring for reinsurance transactions; involves model development and pricing framework enhancement.
