Leads competitive intelligence for Athene’s retail annuity business, analyzing market, competitor, product, and sales information. Delivers insights supporting rate-setting, product strategy, positioning, executive decisions, and new product development. Partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, leadership, and communications teams; maintains external market perspectives; and improves analytics through technology, automation, data visualization, and AI.

Coordinates sales onboarding, training, and development programs, including recurring enablement programming and Wholesaler U. Maintains learning paths, calendars, materials, and job aids; partners with sales leaders and subject-matter experts; analyzes feedback and program data; and recommends improvements. Supports presentations, facilitation, product and sales-skills learning, and the use of AI-enabled tools to improve content development and program effectiveness.
