Serves as a liaison between Finance and IT by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, mapping data, documenting solutions, supporting QA/UAT, managing defects, and assisting with financial application enhancements. Leads sales enablement strategy for retail sales, including wholesaler onboarding, role-based learning, product training, career development, and field readiness. Drives adoption of CRM, Allego, Seismic, and AI-enabled analytics while measuring onboarding, skill development, program adoption, and production impact. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve sales effectiveness, develop talent, and lead a high-performing enablement organization.

Supports Insurance Operations by creating and validating reports and dashboards, analyzing data, identifying trends, reviewing data quality, documenting processes, and presenting recommendations. Partners with reporting analysts and business teams to understand requirements and improve operational reporting.
