Lead development, implementation, and continual improvement of a telecom Business Management System aligned with TL9000/ISO9001. Oversee internal audits, corrective actions, performance metrics, document control, risk management, and regional quality functions. Drive continual improvement (Kaizen, VSM, 5S), provide training and stakeholder engagement, report progress to leadership, and travel as needed to support regional quality activities.
