The Action Officer will support a DARPA Program Director by managing program funding, compliance, executive correspondence, and facilitating communication with stakeholders to ensure program success.

Perform all-source analysis and investigations to detect and assess insider threats for a national-level DOE counterintelligence mission. Aggregate and analyze data, build metrics and trend reports, prepare warning and situational awareness products, and deliver written and oral briefings. Ensure quality control of analytic products and maintain insider threat databases to support mission requirements.

Lead design, maintenance, and O&M of a secure Linux-based enclave: manage servers, VMs, switches, NAS, VLANs, VPNs; support developers; deploy and monitor nginx and security/monitoring tools; maintain documentation, compliance (RMF), patching, and monthly reporting.

Lead global program management for secure facility design and construction projects. Oversee deployment, P&L, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, contractor personnel, stakeholder communications, and compliance while ensuring operational efficiency and mission success.

Lead design, prototyping, and operationalization of AI/ML and LLM-enabled capabilities for intelligence workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver production-ready systems, shape technical strategy, and automate mission analysis using scalable software architectures.

Develop scalable analytic tools and operationalize data science by partnering with data scientists and mission analysts. Perform end-to-end software engineering: prototype, develop, integrate, test, and deploy analytics within customer architectures, leveraging big data and ML techniques.

Lead computer network defense activities: identify vulnerabilities, perform vulnerability assessments and packet analysis, investigate intrusions, monitor SIEMs, support digital forensics, and produce remediation recommendations for government stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain LLM orchestration frameworks, RAG systems, and automated testing pipelines. Build data preprocessing and vectorization pipelines, and database solutions for artifact storage and metadata. Integrate static analyzers, fine-tune LLMs for vulnerability identification, deploy AI tools in secure enclaves, perform performance profiling and scalability analysis, and support security assessments and ATO processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, and deploy analytics that ingest and enrich disparate data for downstream queries. Implement solutions using object-oriented languages, Jupyter Notebooks, Ghostmachine, Query Time Analytics, and Elasticsearch clusters; optionally leverage AWS. Requires TS/SCI with polygraph and extensive relevant experience.
