Leads lifecycle execution of a high-visibility government contract, serving as the primary government liaison and overseeing performance, finances, staffing, quality, reporting, transitions, and cross-functional teams across CONUS and OCONUS operations. Leads cybersecurity and security engineering for multiple C2BMC enclaves supporting the Missile Defense Agency. Manages cybersecurity personnel, governance and CSSP teams, vulnerability management, RMF accreditation, security documentation, cyber posture, and certification activities. Evaluates configurations against DISA STIGs, NIST controls, and Common Criteria; supports ACAS, McAfee Endpoint Security, MFA/PKI, CTOs, and C2BMC test events. Advises government and organizational leadership on cybersecurity policies, capabilities, and solutions.

Supports Naval weapons and sensor systems through software design, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment. Leads junior designers, pilot evaluations, improvement cycles, and high-stakes web-based exams.
