The Head of Digital Software Engineering will lead a team of 100 engineers across Europe and India, managing digital software services and ensuring delivery excellence by leveraging modern software and business practices.

Lead development of laboratory and flight test strategies for landing gear systems. Define test scope, facilities, schedules and V&V activities; collaborate with engineering teams, support certification, analyse test data, report risks, and provide technical guidance and mitigation for integration and validation.

Plan, integrate and orchestrate ILS tasks across development, production and in-service phases; define support strategies, derive system requirements, prepare and release ILS deliverables, and coordinate stakeholders and TAS PMT to ensure timely tools, processes, and contract execution.

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end flight test lifecycle for an Airbus UpNext connectivity demonstrator: prepare flight clearance dossiers, lead stakeholder alignment, drive environmental qualification (DO-160/ABD100), support hardware design and integration, plan flight missions and ground support, and lead governance meetings to ensure regulatory compliance and project readiness.

Architect, implement, integrate and test safety-critical embedded software in C. Develop low-level BSP and microprocessor bring-up, configure RTOS (ARINC 653) for multicore IMS, author certification artifacts (PSAC, SDP, SVP), maintain full requirements traceability, and run multisystem integration tests.
