Design, develop, and maintain OS internals for disk I/O on the HPE NonStop platform. Ensure data integrity and high availability, diagnose system-level issues, collaborate with storage/filesystem/DB and QA teams, perform code reviews and performance tuning, automate testing, and mentor junior engineers.

Design and build SystemVerilog/UVM-based block, subsystem, and full-chip verification environments. Create and run constrained-random test suites using simulators (VCS/NC), analyze coverage and gate-level results to drive tape-out readiness. Debug with designers, support software bring-up, and develop scripts (Perl/Python/Shell/Tcl) to automate verification infrastructure.

Provide L3 hybrid-cloud technical support for HPE storage platforms (Nimble, Alletra, DHCI, GreenLake). Diagnose and resolve SAN, networking, performance, backup/recovery, and virtualization issues; escalate complex cases to engineering; create executive summaries, RCA reports, and contribute to knowledge/efficiency improvements.

Lead and grow HPE’s telco accounts by building executive relationships, developing account plans, driving pipeline and deal closure, coordinating cross-BU teams and partners, positioning HPE solutions to meet customer KPIs, and ensuring account profitability and customer satisfaction.

Provide 24/7 enterprise managed-services support for VMware and HPE compute platforms: troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, perform upgrades, incident and problem management, collaborate with teams, maintain documentation, and ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction.

Lead resolution of complex, cross-system incidents by troubleshooting ambiguous production issues, performing root cause analysis, automating workflows, improving observability and reliability, coordinating specialists, and mentoring engineers to reduce toil and improve operational processes.
