Provides technical support for HPE NonStop and related hardware, resolving customer issues, answering product and repair questions, documenting case resolutions, and proactively preventing problems. The role troubleshoots remotely and by phone, leads escalated resolution activities, creates knowledge resources, contributes to technical action plans, supports sales pursuits, and represents HPE during customer visits, conferences, and vendor meetings.

Provides onsite reactive hardware support for a large HPC system in Borlänge. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware issues, documenting remediation plans, escalating complex problems, performing hardware interventions, monitoring Cooling Distribution Units, managing spare parts, and maintaining service records. The role requires participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation and collaboration with customer and HPE support teams.

Leads HPE partner business development across the APJ region, serving as a trusted advisor to VARs, distributors, SIs, ISVs, and managed service providers. Builds joint business plans, drives revenue, profitability, pipeline, forecasting, partner loyalty, and quota attainment. Develops executive relationships, aligns field sales, coordinates marketing and enablement activities, promotes HPE solutions, recruits partners, and ensures partner compliance with HPE requirements.

Design and deliver system-level signal integrity solutions for high-speed systems, boards, and packages. Perform simulations (3D EM, channel), develop SI rules and test plans, build/characterize test structures, correlate measurements and models, debug lab bring-up with high-speed instruments, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize timing, crosstalk, and interconnect margins.

Lead Finance systems capabilities within HPE’s multi-year Lead-to-Cash transformation. Translate Finance requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions, support core Finance modules, integrations, testing, deployments, production troubleshooting, reconciliation, reporting, and controls. Partner with architects, developers, suppliers, and business stakeholders while contributing to SAP modernization, automation, documentation, mentoring, and the Finance technology roadmap.

Manages large HPE Networking accounts as the primary customer contact, developing account plans, identifying solution opportunities, driving consultative sales, and achieving revenue, quota, and margin goals. Builds executive-level customer relationships, coordinates internal teams and external partners, manages complex end-to-end sales processes, maintains pipeline data, and aligns customer requirements with HPE solutions and supply chains.
