Manage enterprise and service-provider support services, customer relationships, service delivery, and account strategies. Manages cases from intake through resolution, performs remote diagnosis, documents solutions, coordinates with engineering teams, recommends hardware replacements, escalates complex issues, and maintains service-level commitments. The role also supports process improvement projects, technical documentation, customer communications, and guidance for junior and staff engineers.

Provides technical leadership for HPE Networking sales engagements, serving as a trusted advisor on WAN routing, network infrastructure, optical transport, data center connectivity, and automation. Designs architectures, develops solution guidance, leads customer workshops and proof-of-concepts, supports partner enablement, and collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Professional Services. Translates customer requirements into scalable solutions and influences technical and architectural decisions.

Provides advanced technical consulting and post-sales service leadership for federal government networking customers. Acts as the primary customer contact, manages escalations and SLAs, conducts service reviews, evaluates network designs and changes, identifies deployment risks, and coordinates resolutions with engineering and support teams. Delivers network health checks, configuration recommendations, root-cause analyses, reporting, and customer training while supporting network reliability, performance, security, and technology adoption.

Lead customer-facing architecture for AI data platforms and AI Factory environments. Design data-centric solutions for RAG, inference, and training workflows; size GPU and storage environments; optimize data movement, retrieval, latency, throughput, cost, and reliability. Partner with customers, sales, and Product Management to qualify opportunities, influence product roadmaps, create reference architectures, and develop scalable go-to-market solutions.

Leads global pre-sales architecture and solution design for AI/ML networking, data center, hyperscale, and WAN opportunities. Translates customer needs into scalable end-to-end solutions, leads technical presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, and solution customization. Engages senior stakeholders and partners, develops architecture playbooks, influences technical strategy, mentors sales engineering teams, and drives successful complex deal execution. Travel of up to 50%, including international travel, is required.
