Manage HPE’s New Offer Introduction commercialization program by governing offer and release data, maintaining roadmaps and milestone artifacts, facilitating cross-functional governance forums, tracking dependencies and OKRs, and improving commercialization processes. The role coordinates business, operations, product, and functional stakeholders, ensures offer readiness and data quality, supports executive communications, and drives accountability and operational alignment across global teams.

Provides Tier 2/3 technical support, capacity planning, performance monitoring, customer consultation, mentoring, and operational improvement. Requires daily onsite work in Manassas, Virginia, with evening or weekend flexibility, U.S. citizenship, and TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.

Provide global technical support for HPE SAP HANA deployments, focusing on APJ customers. Diagnose and resolve compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and Linux issues within SLA requirements. Document solutions and best practices, mentor junior staff, and provide regular APJ-hours coverage plus monthly weekend standby support. The role requires strong HPE infrastructure support experience, Linux expertise, troubleshooting ability, and advanced English communication skills.

Leads end-to-end delivery of contracted services for enterprise accounts, serving as the primary operational contact. Manages customer relationships, service performance, costs, risks, vendors, cross-functional teams, escalation processes, and delivery plans. Drives service optimization, quality improvement, compliance, change orders, and incremental revenue opportunities while supporting strategic account growth and executive-level customer satisfaction.

Leads a large, geographically distributed engineering organization, setting strategic vision, operational goals, budgets, and resource plans. Oversees multidisciplinary engineering and product development activities, business improvement, cost reduction, supplier relationships, and executive-level initiatives. Manages senior stakeholders, outsourced partners, and organizational talent, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development.
