The Hardware Engineering Manager leads hardware R&D programs, managing teams, resources, and risks while ensuring product quality and alignment with business goals.

Lead front-end architecture and UI/UX for private cloud products. Build scalable React + TypeScript interfaces, drive design systems, accessibility, performance, and reusable components; collaborate with product, backend, and customer teams; mentor engineers and influence product roadmap.

Provide strategic, operational, and program management support to the Director of GTS Pune. Manage executive calendar, travel, presentations, governance forums, program plans, dashboards, compliance, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring confidentiality and stakeholder engagement.

Lead end-to-end program delivery: plan, govern, budget, manage risks and resources, lead teams, engage stakeholders, and produce status reports to directors and stakeholders to ensure program outcomes.

Own hardware architecture and microarchitecture of complex ASICs from concept through tape‑out and silicon bring‑up. Define system/chip-level requirements, partition blocks, and architect high-performance datapaths, memory subsystems, and I/O (SerDes/PCIe/Ethernet/DDR/HBM). Drive PPA tradeoffs, verification strategy, mentor teams, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to meet schedule and product goals.

Provide on-site post-sales technical support and service delivery for customer environments, resolving routine incidents, applying company solutions, managing expectations, and building account relationships to meet SLAs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Drive growth of OpsRamp embedded sales by increasing attach rates, creating expansion pipeline, preventing churn, and boosting renewals. Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to identify and qualify opportunities, develop value propositions and enablement content, deliver hybrid observability demos and training, and execute GTM initiatives to grow revenue and customer value.

Designs and implements sales operations processes and tools for forecasting, pricing, orders, invoicing, and analytics. Consults with business leaders, develops forecasts and budgets, analyzes trends, recommends resource deployment, communicates findings to stakeholders, and mentors junior staff to improve sales efficiency and reduce risk.

Conduct original ML research (LLMs, RL, multi-agent systems, diffusion/inverse models, trustworthy AI), publish and patent, build production-ready prototypes with GPU/HPC acceleration, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior researchers to translate research into deployable solutions for data center optimization, energy, and scientific computing.

Provide on-site post-sales technical service delivery and support for HPE solutions, handling installation, configuration, and routine incident resolution. Build customer relationships, manage expectations, apply technical and business knowledge to create solutions, and work within SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention.
