Lead and develop an inside Presales Engineering team supporting SMB and Mid-Market sales. Align technical resources with sales priorities, coach consultative selling and solution design, scale repeatable presales motions using partners, automation and AI, and drive presales-influenced pipeline, productivity, and talent development across a high-volume commercial environment.

Lead and govern an integrated AI-enabled Quote-to-Cash transformation portfolio: maintain roadmap, manage schedule, risks, dependencies, budgets and KPIs; produce executive reporting and dashboards; coordinate cross-functional teams from ideation to scaled deployment; drive PMO cadence, governance, and continuous improvement while mentoring workstream leads.

Design, develop, debug, and test firmware for HPE server platforms. Implement and integrate subsystems, write and execute test plans, debug low-level driver and hardware-communication issues, collaborate with internal and outsourced teams, and ensure secure, test-driven development within OpenBMC/Yocto environments.

Provide operational support and access management for engineering tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, Slack). Manage ticket lifecycle, stakeholder communication, process execution, automation via APIs/ scripting, and access governance to ensure service quality and compliance.

Lead ASIC design and front-end implementation teams to deliver complex networking ASICs from architecture through RTL, tapeout, silicon bring-up, and product deployment. Drive RTL/microarchitecture development, PPA targets, implementation readiness, design quality, and cross-functional alignment with verification, physical design, software/SDK, and product teams. Manage programs, engineering managers, and talent while improving methodologies, automation, CI/CD, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Lead global channel strategy for AI-native networking, enabling partners to deliver AI-optimized infrastructure, automation, and security. Define standards for partner specialization, drive partner readiness and investments, represent HPE at partner and industry events, and align cross-functional teams to scale repeatable AI networking deployments and self-driving network models.

Provide bilingual (English/French) presales technical advisory for HPE Networking: qualify opportunities, lead discovery, design end-to-end wired/wireless/routing/SD-WAN/SASE solutions, deliver technical presentations and demos, produce proposals/RFP responses, and collaborate with sales and engineering to drive technical wins.

Lead and execute global commodity/category procurement strategies, manage purchasing and inventory coordination with engineering and business units, drive cost-management and process standardization, mentor junior staff, and provide analytic and strategic procurement support to ensure supply assurance and compliance.

Provide HR operational support across US businesses: implement programs, coordinate with COEs, manage employee relations cases, analyze HR data, track issues, and support process improvements to ensure consistent adoption of HPE people tools and timely resolution of HR matters.
