Strategic, customer-facing role managing a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive onboarding, adoption, value realization, and expansion of HPE as-a-service solutions. Build customer success plans, act as trusted advisor and escalation point, coordinate cross-functional teams, support upsell/cross-sell, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Role carries quota, requires Eastern/Central hours coverage and occasional domestic travel (~10-15%).
