Provides administrative, logistical, analytical, and project support for The Huntington’s Gift Planning Office. Responsibilities include tracking planned gifts and bequests, maintaining confidential donor records in Raiser's Edge, preparing gift proposals and reports, coordinating donor meetings and stewardship events, supporting marketing efforts, processing securities and wire transfers, managing invoices and expenses in Workday, arranging travel, and assisting with fundraising projects.

Provide administrative and operational coordination for the Digital & Technology division: manage scheduling, meeting and event logistics, maintain project roadmaps and tracking tools, support budgeting and procurement, assist IT help desk triage and communications, maintain divisional documentation and reports, and support board committee logistics and VP-level executive assistance.

Produce and edit feature and marketing content for print and digital platforms, provide day-to-day editorial support, manage production workflows for publications, conduct interviews and research, pitch story ideas, and serve as backup to the Senior Editor. Collaborate across departments to meet deadlines and maintain institutional editorial standards.
