Advises Private Bank clients on wealth goals, coordinates specialists across investments, lending, trust, risk management, and planning, and develops new business opportunities. Manages client relationships, onboarding, reviews, service delivery, profitability, CRM records, and implementation of recommendations. Builds referral networks, identifies cross-selling opportunities, resolves client issues, and ensures compliance with bank risk policies and service standards.

Drive growth with national, regional, and dealer group partners for indirect auto lending. Coordinates with Information Technology, vendors, management, and end users to resolve complex issues. Processes mortgage system change requests, maintains records, supports team projects, and mentors junior employees. This is an onsite role five days per week in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Analyze fraud alerts, make decisions (holds, cases), handle customer and internal communications via phone/chat, process dispute claims, open/prep fraud cases, escalate when needed, and support fraud policy/process improvements to reduce risk while meeting quality and performance standards.
