Originate and manage residential first mortgage loans from application to closing, focusing on CRA-targeted clients. Review and decision fraud alerts, communicate with customers and internal teams, open/prep fraud cases, process dispute claims, escalate as needed, and support fraud policy and compliance efforts.

Lead delivery and scaling of commercial data governance: assess and triage data quality issues, operationalize governance standards, oversee controls and data confidence, lead complex workstreams, advise stakeholders on scalable solutions, and mentor analysts to standardize practices.
