Provides phone and email technical support for mortgage origination systems used by banking and mortgage employees. Manage a commercial real estate loan portfolio, underwriting transactions and monitoring borrower creditworthiness, financial performance, collateral, covenants, and risk ratings. Partner with Relationship Managers and Credit Risk on approvals, renewals, amendments, and documentation. Prepare credit recommendations, portfolio reports, and senior-management presentations while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance. The role also mentors junior analysts, supports recruiting, maintains accurate records, and communicates emerging risks and strategic recommendations.

Manages residential mortgage foreclosure cases, ensuring compliance with investor, state, and federal timelines. Coordinates with outside counsel, reviews legal documents and invoices, calculates judgments and sale bids, analyzes property valuations and collateral releases, prepares sheriff sale instructions, and oversees transitions to bankruptcy and REO processes. The role also monitors risks, escalates exposed cases, maintains clear title, supports vacant-property preservation, and mentors new staff.

Supports asset-based lending coverage, origination, underwriting, transaction management, loan closings, and portfolio credit risk. Prepares credit approval materials, maintains credit and legal files, manages internal and client relationships, supports complex financial transactions, and mentors analysts. Applies knowledge of credit analysis, ABL structures, capital markets, secured transaction laws, and creditor rights while ensuring compliance and continued professional development.

Prepare timely and accurate federal and state corporate tax returns and estimated payments; calculate deferred tax balances; record and reconcile tax accounting entries; analyze state franchise tax accruals; research tax law and audit issues; respond to information document requests; collaborate with accounting, finance, and business lines.

Develops and manages credit relationships with leasing customers, handles complex transactions, prepares market competitive lease quotes, and monitors ongoing customer relationships.
