Supervise multi-state payroll processing, tax filings, compliance, quality control, and payroll staff performance. Partner with vendors and support payroll system upgrades, HR and timekeeping integrations, process improvements, and accurate accounting-related payroll transactions. The role translates user needs into product objectives, collaborates on software development and testing, drives quality assurance and release readiness, documents complex spatial-data technology, and guides Agile development processes. Responsibilities include enterprise geodatabase services, utility networks, feature services, version management, web services, automated testing, stakeholder communication, and integration of new technologies.

Develops and executes social media strategy and campaigns, with a strong focus on video production for platforms including YouTube and Meta. Shoots, produces, and edits content; monitors trends and audience behavior; analyzes KPIs and campaign performance; and provides strategic recommendations. Collaborates cross-functionally, mentors junior team members, supports brand and marketing goals, and helps evolve Esri’s social presence.

Plans and performs financial, operational, and compliance audits; evaluates internal controls, financial accuracy, risk, and process efficiency; documents findings and recommends improvements. The role prepares audit programs and reports, maintains work papers, supports remediation and fraud investigations, and collaborates with management across Accounting, Operations, and Information Systems. It also contributes to audit procedures, training, regulatory compliance, and special projects.

Provides technical consulting and solution engineering for AEC, infrastructure, utilities, and GIS customers. Builds and demonstrates Esri solutions, leads technical sales engagements, designs complex GIS strategies, troubleshoots deployments and architectures, and presents to technical and executive audiences. Requires advanced ArcGIS expertise, systems integration knowledge, cloud experience, programming skills, and industry experience. Travel of 25–50% is required.

Build high-performance Android applications for field mapping, data collection, navigation, and sensor-driven workflows. Collaborate with designers and developers, translate user requirements into scalable software, solve mobile performance and caching challenges, and contribute to architecture, design, code reviews, and Android best practices. The role also involves advocating for Android development and may include spatial applications, GPS, security, and native hardware integrations.

Manages technical and non-technical projects, including finance process improvement and business intelligence initiatives. Develops work plans, defines scope and deliverables, monitors project health and risks, coordinates cross-functional resources, and communicates project status to stakeholders and executives. The role requires strong organization, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with an enterprise architecture mindset.

Serve as a GIS subject matter expert supporting state and local government customers. Build customer relationships, support sales strategies, design GIS solutions, conduct technical demonstrations, and explain the business value of Esri technology. Advise on ArcGIS deployment, administration, infrastructure, cloud environments, geodatabases, and system integration. Present to technical and nontechnical audiences, troubleshoot client issues, participate in conferences, and travel 25–50%.
