Test and document ArcGIS Pro’s 2D and 3D graphics engine, investigate production and customer issues, collaborate with developers, maintain automated test scenarios, create test fixtures, and translate requirements into software test and design solutions. Develop and test cross-platform mobile GIS apps. Collaborate with developers, designers, and testers to define user requirements, perform software testing and automation, and support field data collection and GIS data verification.

Own and scale Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP implementations. Design data collection architecture using Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams; govern XDM schemas, identity, datasets, and data quality. Develop tagging, CJA connections and views, audience activation, privacy frameworks, and event-driven data layers. Troubleshoot ingestion and identity issues, integrate Adobe ecosystem tools and downstream systems, and collaborate with stakeholders on scalable technical solutions, governance, documentation, and enablement.

Coordinate training class logistics, schedules, staffing, equipment, classroom setup, and locations. Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams, analyze customer needs, recommend solutions, maintain relationships, support training sales goals, enroll wait-listed students, manage related programs and events, and generate SAP reports.

Designs and leads secure, scalable ArcGIS Enterprise solutions for Defense and Intelligence customers. Translates operational and technical requirements into system architectures, integrates Esri and non-Esri platforms, develops cloud and on-premise strategies, and supports implementation and migration. Advises executives and customers, defines governance and business continuity practices, develops multi-year GIS strategies, and mentors technical teams while leading implementation, risk, budget, and personnel efforts.

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker build environments, infrastructure automation, package creation workflows, and scalable build infrastructure. Implement security gates including SBOM generation, vulnerability scanning, license compliance, and artifact signing. Improve monitoring, performance testing, dependency supply-chain security, and everything-as-code processes across cloud and on-premises environments.

Develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, geoprocessing tools, integration services, and data pipelines supporting ArcGIS Enterprise and mission-critical geospatial applications. Build automation workflows and connectors, support cloud-native and on-premises deployments, and improve distributed-service reliability through testing, monitoring, and observability. Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and GIS teams to deliver secure, high-performance production solutions.
