Lead client-facing projects, develop action plans, provide in-depth product/database training and technical support, analyze requirements, ensure timely, high-quality outcomes, and maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of Drupal-based digital platforms: define product vision and roadmaps, manage Agile delivery, own platform architecture and performance, implement CI/CD and DevOps practices, oversee Drupal upgrades, integrations and LMS (Opigno), and ensure security, scalability, and uptime.

Sell IQVIA digital marketing solutions (AIM XR, Email, Social, Programmatic) to hospitals and health systems across the West Coast. Own revenue targets, qualify and close new and expansion business, develop client proposals, partner with account and delivery teams, monitor implementation and satisfaction, and identify expansion opportunities. Provide product expertise and market intelligence; may mentor junior solutions sales staff.
