The Consultant will manage complex global consulting projects in life sciences, lead teams, develop client relationships, and enhance consulting methodologies, while fostering junior development.

Provide HR business partner support to managers and employees across assigned areas, coaching and advising on HR programs, compliance, reorganizations and M&A activities. Maintains accurate participant records in CRM and operational systems, documents communications, supports incentive and payment administration, responds to inquiries, and follows SOPs, data privacy standards, and quality requirements. Collaborates with management, finance, and cross-functional teams while supporting reporting and continuous process improvements.

Manages healthcare panelist administration and engagement through personalized outreach, participant record maintenance, CRM documentation, retention and recovery initiatives, and incentive payment support. The role responds to inquiries, tracks interactions and outcomes, maintains data accuracy and privacy, follows SOPs, supports reporting, and collaborates with finance and management to improve panel participation and operational effectiveness.

Assists with developing and coding user interfaces, building user-focused solutions, documenting functional requirements, creating mockups and prototypes, designing product functionality, supporting app testing and revisions, and helping backend developers troubleshoot and code.

Lead systems analysis and support for business systems: define scope and objectives, document and translate user requirements into system specifications, devise procedures for complex problems, advise junior analysts, and ensure solutions align with IQVIA data and business needs.

Sell assigned pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare professionals within a designated geography. Drive volume and market-share growth, deliver product presentations, manage samples and promotional resources under FDA and PDMA guidelines, document activities in a sales automation system, develop account plans, and complete required product training. The role requires strong persuasion, communication, self-direction, goal orientation, and relationship-building skills.

Drives new and expansion revenue for healthcare digital marketing services, including SEO, AI Search, paid media, content marketing, analytics, and marketing automation. Leads complex consultative sales pursuits, develops hospital and health system relationships, manages forecasts and pipelines, and coordinates internal resources through implementation. Also coaches and develops sales professionals, establishes performance standards, and fosters a high-performance sales culture.
