Provides senior-level support for NBCUniversal’s advertising sales systems, handling tickets, troubleshooting software, integrations, calculations, and backend data issues. The role monitors systems, manages defects, coordinates with vendors and engineering teams, documents procedures, improves processes through automation, and supports stakeholders under established SLAs. It includes occasional evening work and rotating weekend on-call coverage during special events.

Lead and scale asset production pipelines for a large AAA game, managing Associate Producers, vendors, and co-development partners. Define workflows for intake, tracking, review, approval, integration and delivery; ensure visibility across priorities, dependencies, risks and milestones; maintain asset tracking systems (e.g., Jira); coordinate cross-discipline stakeholders; produce delivery reports and support milestone readiness and quality gates.

Design, implement, validate, and sustain safety-related ride and show control systems. Troubleshoot downtime events, generate engineering changes, review vendor designs, produce documentation and maintenance procedures, support commissioning and major overhauls, and perform root cause analysis to improve reliability and safety.

Lead and grow a team of ML engineers building applications for a graphically intensive simulation platform. Manage stakeholders, translate customer needs into technical requirements, prioritize between off-the-shelf, open-source, and greenfield solutions, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and oversee the full ML lifecycle from data infrastructure to deployment.
