Lead and define material systems for character or world assets, mentor a team, create scalable shader/material libraries and pipelines, ensure integration with rendering/runtime systems across platforms from high-end to mobile, and collaborate with Art, Tech Art, Engineering, and Lighting to balance visual fidelity and performance.

Lead the execution of lighting direction across environments, gameplay, and cinematics. Manage and mentor a team of lighting artists, ensure consistent, high-quality lighting that supports mood, realism, readability and storytelling, and collaborate with World, Character, VFX, Design, and Tech Art. Optimize lighting for multi-platform performance, support production planning, review implementations, and surface risks and quality issues.

Provide administrative and operational support for Corporate Services, managing request intake, vendor coordination, catering and pantry operations, invoice and budget tracking, documentation and SOPs, cross-functional stakeholder communication, periodic service walkthroughs, and process improvements to maintain workplace services and employee amenities.

Lead HR for NBCUniversal Mexico across three locations, partnering with business leaders to align local HR strategy with global priorities. Oversee full HR lifecycle, employee relations, compensation, engagement, talent acquisition, organizational change, and manage a five-person HR team to drive HR operational excellence.

Lead booking and holdover strategies and manage key exhibitor relationships to maximize theatrical box office. Provide commercial analysis, forecasting, market intelligence, and performance reporting to support release planning and distribution decisions. Ensure data integrity, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and regional teams.

Support management of cash, liquidity, and banking activities; ensure daily treasury processes run accurately and within controls; collaborate with Finance, Tax, Accounting, and operations; contribute to process improvements and reporting.
