Leads production finance and accounting for international scripted and non-scripted television productions. Oversees Production Finance Controllers, budgets, schedules, cashflows, tax credits, cost controls, payroll, financial systems, compliance, and closing processes. Partners with creative, production, legal, treasury, and corporate finance teams, advises greenlight committees, manages international financial risks, and establishes consistent financial governance across global productions.

Serve as HR business partner for West Coast Studio Operations, leading employee relations, onboarding, performance management, talent attraction, manager coaching, workforce planning, and HR projects. Serve as the primary HR partner for a Canadian (Quebec-focused) workforce: advise leaders on employee and labor relations, workforce planning, hiring strategies, immigration support, compliance with Quebec and federal employment and privacy laws, administer leaves and health & safety programs, manage employee relations and change management, and align HR processes with US teams while ensuring bilingual (EN/FR) communications.

Lead technical vision and execution for technical art across PC, console, and mobile. Build and mentor the technical art team, define pipelines, tooling, performance budgets, profiling and optimization workflows, and partner with engineering to deliver scalable, maintainable content and automation for Unreal Engine 5 projects.

Lead support and delivery of FP&A planning solutions (SAP BPC, SAC) for Studios: configure models, develop reports/templates, translate finance needs into functional requirements, participate in builds/tests and roadmap, collaborate with technology teams, troubleshoot production issues, and provide stakeholder advisory while working flexible hours.

Build and scale enterprise application security capabilities: design automations, integrations, developer tooling, golden paths, and secure AI guardrails. Secure code, dependencies, containers, IaC, CI/CD, and software supply chains; improve vulnerability triage, remediation, telemetry, and platform integrations while mentoring engineers and partnering with cloud and platform teams.

Lead HR technology work for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding, partnering with HR, vendors, and engineering to configure, test, support, and optimize HRIS solutions. Manage projects, create reports, design authorization models, produce RICEF specs, adopt vendor releases, and provide after-hours production support to ensure holistic HR systems and integrations.
