The Vice President, Business Manager for Aladdin will oversee workforce planning, manage hiring strategies, and enforce operational discipline within the organization, ensuring alignment with business priorities while improving processes and driving financial management.

The Director will lead FMA's strategy, manage client relationships, drive business development, and oversee multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality advisory outcomes in the financial markets sector.

Support day-to-day client experience across BlackRock's cash and liquidity products by delivering client requests, preparing RFPs and performance materials, automating recurring deliverables, maintaining CRM and reports, partnering on onboarding and regulatory reporting, and supporting Global Sales to improve processes, controls, and client retention.

Support growth of BlackRock PMG in Latin America by driving commercial strategy and sales for active investment capabilities. Produce client materials, translate portfolio research into clear narratives, perform analytical and reporting work, support RFPs and knowledge transfer via calls/webinars, and partner with distribution and investment teams. Requires strong technical market knowledge and Spanish proficiency.

Design, build, and operate cloud-native AI infrastructure and platform services to support model development, training, evaluation, and inference. Implement IaC and automation, enable ML/LLM production deployments within governed enterprise environments, build observability and monitoring, collaborate with security and cross-functional partners, and support on-call/operational duties.

Design and maintain scalable web applications and backend services for trading operations while optimizing performance and mentoring junior engineers.

Support settlement and lifecycle management for private assets, funds of funds, and loans; maintain and reconcile the IBOR; onboard alternative mandates; coordinate with PM, legal, tax, and external agents; resolve cash and position discrepancies; implement risk-mitigating controls and process improvements using data and automation; handle loan documentation and AML/KYC interactions.

Support coordination, execution and quality of financial and regulatory reporting for HPS funds. Manage annual audits, partner with accounting, finance, legal, tax and third-party administrators, maintain controls, improve reporting processes, and support strategic projects to ensure accurate, timely quarterly and annual fund reporting.

Lead Investor Account Services team for Private Markets data processing and managed data services. Oversee document retrieval, data extraction, normalization, and delivery; drive scalable growth, process transformation, automation (Aladdin), and client SLAs. Partner with Client Success and Sales, support RFPs, and develop future leaders while ensuring quality and KPI-driven reporting.

Maintain and enhance investor dataset accuracy and timeliness, engage institutional clients to source proprietary information, provide bespoke research and data support, troubleshoot data quality issues, assist onboarding and cross-functional content delivery, and support data enhancement projects to drive operational excellence.
