Support Aladdin users by resolving complex product inquiries, identifying root causes, and improving workflows, processes, and user experience. Partner with Engineering, SRE, client teams, and business stakeholders on product initiatives, monitoring, telemetry, releases, and compliance challenges. Designs and implements cloud-native big data platforms and migration strategies from Hadoop and Hive to Databricks, Spark, Airflow, and Snowflake.
