Leads global Security Operations Enablement, overseeing data engineering, analytics, SIEM/SOAR engineering, security platform strategy, automation, governance, architecture, vendor relationships, and performance. Lead hands-on development and operation of production data pipelines and platforms using PySpark, Python, SQL, and AWS services. Translate requirements into technical designs, data models, SLAs, and reliable pipeline architectures. Establish engineering, data quality, observability, documentation, and coding standards; conduct code reviews; mentor engineers; manage Agile delivery and releases; and use GenAI tools to improve productivity and solution quality.

Coordinates complex international insurance programs across multiple lines of business, partnering with underwriting on quotes and renewals, monitoring premium payments, ensuring documentation and service-level compliance, and managing an assigned portfolio of international accounts. Serves as an escalation point for brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders while maintaining effective communication and strong client relationships.

Develop and implement data science and generative AI solutions across the full machine learning lifecycle, including data engineering, model development, evaluation, and operational rollout. Apply RAG, prompt engineering, few-shot techniques, deep learning, NLP, and machine learning to business problems. Collaborate with product managers, business leaders, and engineers while ensuring ethical and regulatory alignment. Participate in a two-year rotational Finance program comprising four six-month rotations across teams such as FP&A, accounting, tax, investments, treasury, and internal audit. Support reporting, analytics, budgeting, forecasting, controllership, financial systems improvement, capital and liquidity analysis, and finance projects while developing technical and professional skills.

Participate in a 24-month rotational Technology Analyst Program with three eight-month rotations. Support architecture, business technology, data, digital solutions, cybersecurity, engineering, technology project management, and technology risk initiatives. Gather requirements, analyze data, contribute to software and systems projects, support cloud and infrastructure solutions, and help manage technology risks and controls. Develop technical, business, communication, and professional skills through projects, training, mentoring, and collaboration.
