Responsibilities include sample collection and testing, data management and analysis, application troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, service reporting, business reviews, sales forecasting, identifying new applications, and proposing chemical or digital solutions that reduce customer costs and improve performance.

Develops and executes internal and external corporate communications, including change communications, town halls, leadership announcements, PR plans, press materials, media relations, thought leadership, LinkedIn content, and sustainability communications. Partners with marketing, product, and internal stakeholders to promote campaigns, measure engagement, establish communication KPIs, manage brand perception, and support ESG reporting and customer sustainability questionnaires.
