Processes life insurance applications, reviews submissions for completeness, verifies customer information, assesses basic underwriting requirements, resolves data discrepancies, issues coverage materials, and prepares policy correspondence. The role requires accurate data entry across multiple systems, strong customer communication, timely work within service-level agreements, and collaboration with internal teams to follow enrollment policies and procedures.

Advises leadership and clients on contracts, rebates, utilization, specialty drug trends, and total cost of care. Drives team development, process standardization, quality governance, product innovation, and thought leadership across pharmacy benefit financial analytics.

Supports commercial insurance account management by issuing certificates, ID cards, and property evidence; processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, audits, and invoices; ordering loss runs, experience modifications, and MVRs; reporting claims; maintaining spreadsheets; and organizing policy documentation.

Performs full-cycle accounting for captive insurance entities, including journal entries, month-end close, account and bank reconciliations, cash disbursement approvals, reporting, and financial package analysis. Supports ASC 606 and ASC 944 calculations, maintains transaction documentation and quality controls, and meets strict deadlines. Requires a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of general ledger experience, with advanced Excel skills. CPA, insurance experience, captive insurance knowledge, and Excel Power Query expertise are preferred.

Provides administrative and insurance-processing support, including phone coverage, data entry, invoicing, policy checks, endorsements, renewal preparation, reporting, file maintenance, and compliance support. The role requires collaboration across teams, confidentiality, customer service, continued training, and willingness to obtain an insurance license.

Supports multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, print, social, and events. Manages and optimizes HubSpot workflows, email, segmentation, landing pages, reporting, and data maintenance. Develops marketing content and collateral, coordinates events and promotional materials, analyzes campaign performance and ROI, and supports cross-functional projects. Requires strong communication, organization, adaptability, analytical ability, and familiarity with HubSpot and Microsoft Office.

Manage accounting, financial reporting, regulatory filings, audits, budgets, and compliance for a portfolio of captive insurance companies. Serve as the primary accounting contact for clients, senior management, regulators, auditors, and service providers. Prepare GAAP, SAP, and modified GAAP financial statements; coordinate audits; explain financial results; and support process improvements across accounting systems. The role requires strong insurance accounting knowledge, client management, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Supports the Houston Profit Center Leader by managing calendars, travel, meetings, communications, presentations, reports, events, expenses, budgets, and special projects. Serves as a liaison among leadership, sales teams, customers, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Maintains strict confidentiality, tracks licenses and certifications, coordinates office hospitality and employee engagement initiatives, and independently manages competing priorities.
