Supports mid- and long-term workforce strategies by translating business plans into headcount, skills, and capability requirements. Analyzes workforce supply, demand, trends, gaps, risks, and scenarios; develops workforce action plans; and evaluates talent, hiring, retention, automation, and technology strategies. Partners with business, HR, and Finance leaders to validate assumptions, monitor plans, and present actionable recommendations. Contributes to workforce planning models, tools, methodologies, and governance.

Lead and execute complex IT audits and advisory reviews across cybersecurity, SDLC, cloud, ERP, and data platforms. Scope risk-based engagements, produce executive reports, track remediation, support digital transformation (GenAI/data analytics), and advise IT leadership while ensuring audit standards and quality.
