Serve as primary post-sale contact managing programmatic pilot and BAU campaigns using Scibids AI. Design, deploy, and operate multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms and shared services (Kafka, Aerospike, Airflow). Build automation, CI/CD, observability, and self-service tooling to improve developer experience and reliability at scale. Lead infrastructure projects, define standards, and troubleshoot distributed systems using metrics, logs, and traces.

Lead the PinAI team to develop AI-powered conversational interfaces for clients, architecting agentic AI systems and overseeing technical and team leadership.

Manage a portfolio of top Mexico accounts to drive net-new revenue through consultative upselling of DoubleVerify solutions. Build senior client and agency relationships, identify expansion opportunities, run QBRs, respond to RFPs, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain pipeline and Salesforce reporting, and represent DV at events. Requires strong programmatic and digital advertising knowledge and proven account growth experience.
