Lead IT security, governance, and data governance programs. Develop cybersecurity strategy, run risk and vulnerability assessments, manage incident response, ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., PDPA, ISO27001, NIST, C-RAF), implement IT governance frameworks, and lead a small security/compliance team while collaborating across legal, audit, and business units.

Build, maintain, and troubleshoot SOAR playbooks, Python automations, custom API integrations and the incident/case management tooling. Partner with SOC analysts to convert manual workflows into reliable, documented, AI-assisted automations and evaluate new security tools for integration.

Own end-to-end technical architecture and deliver production code for customer-facing policy, claims, and agent portals. Drive architecture decisions, improve engineering practices and tooling (CI/CD, automated testing), mentor engineers, solve complex production issues, and collaborate with global platform and QA teams to build scalable, observable cloud-native systems.

Drive telephonic business development for Personal Lines within an assigned territory. Build and expand agent relationships, meet sales KPIs (appointments, quotes, issued policies), collaborate with underwriting and field teams, provide market insights, and maintain a qualified sales pipeline focused on Personal Lines, Rec Marine, and Farm & Ranch.

Provide technical support for internal applications: troubleshoot user issues, monitor performance, assist deployments, collaborate with development teams, run basic SQL queries and reports, maintain documentation, and support post-release operations.

Support reserve reviews across Property & Casualty, Accident & Health and Personal Lines; perform statutory reserve reviews and ERM support; prepare and analyze data to assess underwriting performance; improve data analytics and processing efficiency; engage regional stakeholders. Open to graduates or candidates with some actuarial experience; Python/R skills are an advantage.
