Handle inbound calls from customers, branch staff, and vendors to process bankruptcy-related actions (notices, discharges, claims), research unidentified or misapplied payments, document accounts, and resolve inquiries using judgment and company procedures. Provide technical leadership for frontend platform architecture across web and mobile. Evolve Angular-based applications, micro-frontends, shared component libraries, observability, analytics instrumentation, and performance. Collaborate with Product, UX, Security, and DevOps to design scalable solutions, improve release processes, troubleshoot production incidents, mentor engineers, and drive frontend modernization and standards.
